Let the healing begin.

We study up on a hospital’s ethos and reputation. Get dizzy comparing insurance plans. But when we finally choose a healthcare or insurance provider, those decisions are largely driven by the institution’s brand image and personality. Humanity beats commodity every time.

Covid-19: A Heartfelt Response

As one of Houston’s largest, most respected medical networks, Memorial Hermann needed to get out in front of the Covid-19 shutdown with a message of calming reassurance to the public and sincere gratitude to the thousands of medical workers putting others’ safety ahead of their own. Messages blanketed TV, print, radio, digital and social channels.

“Thank You”

This spot was requested, produced and aired within a two-week period using Memorial Hermann’s own staff and videographers.

Covid-19: Reopening the Roads to Recovery.

Covid-19 dealt a serious business blow to every practice and specialty within Memorial Hermann’s vast medical network. Reassuring patients that it’s safe and smart to see their doctors again became the top priority.

Covid-19: Stopping the Surge.

Soon after Houston’s city-wide lockdown was relaxed, new infection rates started to spike – particularly in our large ethnic communities. We created this campaign to remind all Houstonians to stay vigilant and continue to practice healthy behaviors. All materials were produced in both English and Spanish.

HMO Texas

HMO Texas: Just What the Patient Ordered.

For HMO Texas medical and Medicare Advantage plans, we focused on what people wanted most from their insurance and insurers and made it clear that it was the patients who were in charge.

“I Want.”

Universal American

TexanPlus Medicare Advantage plans are associated with Universal American, a health care provider offering coverage within Texas, New York, and Maine. For the Open Enrollment push in 2014, we used retired Texas TV newsman Steve Smith to share “news you can use” with our 65+ audience. Many of the elements we created then are still in use today.
